It wasn't fun today. I waited until it was light but there was a lot of water on the roads & too many idiots driving too fast.

It was so different when I worked in retail in the 80's. Shop shut at 12, sale stuff organised, staff left at 2. Boxing day off. No Sunday working.

Managed to go via 303/Ilchester but A37 wasn't great. An idiot coming other way went through water so fast water went over my car!! Water rose later so took my chances through Mudford - single file in middle of road. Nightmare!!
