- Stereo (she/her) is one of the first characters mephone ever makes. Blueprint (they/she) is another early character, and is very close with Stereo. - Stereo is an incredibly carefree and reckless person, and she ends up dying before being assigned a melife icon. But it's like one of those characters that you come up with a concept for and then forget about— so mephone just genuinely doesn't recall her or even knows that she's gone. - But then she ends up coming back through the red line game. (This probably happens before Box's incident, so Box never met her either.) (Either way, now she's disconnected from melife. That's the important bit.) - (She also has a whole arc while in meafterlife that's basically learning to reign herself in, so once she get back, she's more careful about her own life and others.) - Meanwhile Blueprint is very closed off and standoffish towards everyone else, because no one is taking Stereo's death seriously. They don't join the game, but they're never disconnected from melife either. - She's lonely and uncooperative— a Blueberry prorotype. The isolation breaks them out of their code, and when Stereo comes back, the two of them decide to leave the island together. They go out and build an entirely new life for themselves - Because they spend so much time off the island, their personalities and the way they interact with the world is very different from the contestants that stayed. - (This part is just me running on the only semi-real headcanon that objects off the island have regular names): Stereo takes on the name Iris, and Blueprint takes Andy. - They also have two kids <3 The radio transmitter is named Jackie, and the chord sheet is named Wilson. - Then the s2 finale events happen— and Andy was never disconnected from melife, so she gets glitched out of existence, leaving the rest of her family confused and horrified at what just happened. - So the story then follows Iris traveling back to the island to try and figure out what happened and see if Andy can come back. - Yes, their names are a Hozier reference. I thought of the ship name "Rhythm and Blues" first and couldn't just let it go. Jackie and Wilson is one of my favorite songs. - Stereo is actually one of my old object OCs I made in middle school that I never used for anything before, so it's Extra Fitting for her characterization now :) - Andy is a blueprint for Mephone's sailboat! (and you know what role that played in the finale. she's a blueprint for her own downfall~)

Object show OCs: a dark purple boombox stereo and blueprints. It's a page spread of these two; Stereo appears energetic and confident, and Blueprint seems more reserved and unfriendly. They also have two kids that appear on the page: a radio transmitter and a (guitar) chord sheet. Some notes in between the drawings say, "RHYTHM & BLUES," "they're doomed yuri I'm sorry," and "Happy family :)"
