Had a fantastic date night with @andraconix.com on Saturday! I took them out for sushi and we went to see Above & Beyond. Lots of smiles, good vibes and emotions were had, I feel like we both needed a night like that.

Childhood dream achieved! As a kid I always loved stopping by the tiki room at Disneyland to get Dole Whip and always wish I could make it at home. Last night that dream came true! It’s not quite perfect but damn close considering I’m not using a full size soft serve machine!!

So I got an MRI yesterday over 2 months after my injury date (June 2nd) cause it’s not getting better. Turns out I completely tore my CFL and ATFL. I asked for an MRI 2 months ago and now I will find out if I need surgery to fix it which would mean starting at square one for recovery.

A little experiment that worked very nicely. Grilled cheese on ube bread. The ube is light and subtle so I went with havarti and munster so I didn’t drown out the ube flavor. The combo worked perfectly! Made one for @andraconix.com yesterday and one myself today. Look at that cheese pull!!!

The bastards at swiffer made the wet jet bottles non refillable, which is some capitalistic bullshit. Thankfully as a cat I am an ungovernable agent of chaos. Now it’s refillable and I got a 68oz bottle of Method cleaner for like $7. Fuck the system!!
