You can use a word. Just because someone else doesn’t like it doesn’t mean it it’s a slur. It’s not harmful. They can’t tell you that you can’t use it.

Oh I get it! I’m glad I said something. I normally don’t call people out. This had to be called out.

This person has spoken for people in the past and was told to stop and then harassed people for it. That was my final straw.

I am also bigender and interpret that word as plural.

I don’t find it cringe. It doesn’t make me uncomfortable. The point is that each person prefers different words.

I mean I’m nonbinary and I don’t have an issue with the word. I think people need to just make sure people ask people though. If anything I find that more inclusive than guys.
