2024.12.09: 28 kg/62 lbs Snatches. New max reps: 5 on right. 20-min EMOM: 3 left + 3 right + Yoga Push-ups. Goal: swing switch b/w sides; increase time under tension by not setting bell down. Did 6 total sets; FOUR sets w/ switch switch. Thought I'd get maybe 1. Ecstatic. Warning: loud yelling.

2024.12.07. New mini-program with my dude, AJ Holland. 3x EMOMs to work on time under tension. Going lighter on 2-1-3 Complex w/ 2x20 kg. Took so many breaks on 4 Pull-ups/Chin-ups + 36 kg Swings that it wasn't an EMOM anymore (shite recovery day).

2024.12.07. New mini-program with my dude, AJ Holland. 3x EMOMs to work on time under tension. Going lighter on 2-1-3 Complex w/ 2x20 kg. Took so many breaks on 4 Pull-ups/Chin-ups + 36 kg Swings that it wasn't an EMOM anymore (shite recovery day).
2024.11.22: Huge PR for me. 28 kg/62 lbs Getup on both the right + left side. My left shoulder was sore + stiff. The leg pop at heavy weights is a WIP. Even if the left was a little rough, I still got UP. It is hard to describe how unfathomable 28 kg for this move felt last year. 41 years old. LFG.
