Sweden-based, Germany-adjacent, Scottish-Australian Mathematician. Mathematician who pretends to be a physicist sometimes (convincing nobody). Maker of dubious memes, and exploring my new home near the arctic circle (Luleå).
I asked ChatGPT if it knew who I am based off of our chats. The answer was (obviously) yes 😅

A last little bit of swedish summer yesterday

Guitar and some beers, spotted some berries, and then made a little spiky friend

Some kind of joke related to observing/measuring the back of the poster?

Just got some art done by Alexandr Elichev for my latest homebrew Frosthaven class and wanted to share it somewhere :)

Found an American recipe for mac and cheese, but used västerbotten cheese that a local craft brewery put through their meat smoker for me.

This was my best ever idea.

There definitely are some things that this new AI stuff is valuable for...

Sharing this for anyone who might be interested. Some great speakers on the geometric/mathematical side of general relativity, aimed at students and young researchers.

I'm getting real close to accepting this and writing an editorial for it calling the whole thing a joke

I think this will never feel normal 🙃

My laziness has reached new levels

(This is the kind of AI tool I'd like LaTeX editors to have actually)

I'm always amazed at how many reddit professors view grades like this. Shouldn't grades be solely an assessment of how well the student has mastered the topic?

True, it's now or 2035 😅 although tbh I don't even think the aurora is the most fascinating thing. It's actually the regular light. Must be the low angle of the sun or something, but the regular colours of the sky are something else here. (This is a particularly good morning the other day)

I'll never get sick of seeing this
