Part of why I replay the FreeSpace retail campaigns every year is there's always some new detail that pops out that is a tiny little thing *someone* thought of 20+ years ago

A lot of the community campaigns tend to be like that. I don't remember Derelict, Silent Threat Reborn, or Transcend having it as bad

I love Vassago's Dirge but some of the difficulty spikes destroy the pacing
