I need to watch more movies from the 70s!

Recently saw Five Easy Pieces. I loved the bit with the hitchhikers who wanted to go to Alaska.

Columbo S02E08 "Double Shock" is another great episode.
There are a lot of funny moments in this one, like when Columbo goes on a cooking show preparing hollandaise sauce!

Watched "A Stitch in Crime". A very fun Columbo episode with Leonard Nimoy as a killer surgeon.

This is the third time I see this guy, a beautiful pheasant, in the same spot.
When he notices my presence he runs away SO fast, it looks like a cartoon character.

My Famiclone Games #1
FERRARI GRAND PRIX CHALLENGE (1992)

A solid racing game. Controls are good, the presentation is really nice. The HUD is full of little details, like the radio messages.

I'm loving Pluribus SO much.
We've only seen eight episodes, I know, but I already see it as one of my favorite tv shows of all time.

To rekindle my love for games, I want to play through all my childhood famiclone games again (not on actual hardware, but via emulation).
Let's see if my skills have improved or are stuck at my 7 year-old self's level.

This giant pinecone belongs to the coulter pine! It can be found in California & Mexico. Nicknamed “the widowmaker,” it produces some of the world's largest pinecones—which can weigh ~11 lbs (5 kg) & plummet to the ground with deadly force!

I've been working on a new game dev project for a while. Still haven't written a line of code though, because this time I decided to first focus on the game design document. I hope this will help the next steps.

Blue flames from a volcano, because of sulphur. Pretty cool.

I watched Experimenter (2015), about the Milgram obedience experiments. Not that great, but I learned stuff.
But I also found out that there is a 1976 made-for-tv movie about the same topic with William Shatner as Stanley Milgram!

Was looking around Amazon and saw that Furbies still exist, they look different now.
I had one that would randomly produce terrifying screams. I still have nightmares about it.

Decided to try Anachronox again.
I really wanted to like it but it's too old and clunky for my taste. I love running around the place, the atmosphere is great, but the thing that made me quit was the frustrating lock-picking minigame. Maybe next time I'll have more patience.

I started watching Marco Polo's Adventures. It's a 1979 anime that contains live-action documentary-style segments about the places visited by the guy. I hope the information provided is correct because I've always wanted to know more about his travels.

I've read a few of these historical novels that are free on Kindle if you are a Prime user. Little unknown ebooks by Italian authors, usually set in ancient Rome or Greece.
I LOVE them so much. It's the only type of fiction that I can stand reading right now.

I tried watching Frankenstein but gave up after twenty minutes.
I didn't like the "exaggerated" style of everything, from the creature strength to the Frankenstein mansion.
It was in contrast with how I see the story based on the reading of the novel.

I'm sick. Last night I had a high fever and kept noticing familiar patterns in various things: the so-called paredolia.
Fun stuff.
