I have a Mouse who behaves the same way. He loves me and will sit with me all day, but if anyone comes to visit, he hides until they leave. Been this way for 15 years.

I have a Mouse, too! I thought I was the only weirdo to give a cat such a name. He's about 15 now. Only comes out when no one is visiting (we live alone). Friends have accused me of making him up, cuz they never see him. When it's just us, he stays right beside me
