I just published a new blog post that focuses on international Ph.D. programs.

Today, I got locked out of my car after parked at the university. I also received three emails from the same student within 12 hours(7pm-8am). I guess it is a good start for the day.

It is final’s week and I just had a student emailing me asking if she need to be here for the in-person class

Moment of the day: One of my participants wrote on the study materials “Didn’t know how to do so I drew an eye ball”

An undergraduate I collaborated with gave me a gift. Really thankful of this. Very grateful I have the chance to work with so many undergrads who are full of potential and help them achieve their goal.
