I dismissed this OP outright as clear misinfo (this image is from 2020 and those are not Black Panthers), but scrolling the replies?
It's definitely disinfo that found fertile breeding ground in the only place on the internet that WOULD self-righteously All Lives Matter a Black liberation group.
