It's a started bust sketch, unfinished and thus not showing the complete character with rough black lines fading out around his hair and back of his head as well as shoulders. Dendred is gazing to the side, he seems apathetic. Nearly looks melancholic, with the lowered eyelids and narrowed eyebrows. His pointy canines are slightly visible.
