Saw this poll on Spoutible and thought it tracks with what I see in general. There are enthusiasts like myself who see it as a tool and know it can be useful in some applications and should not be used in others. And then there's those who are vehemently opposed to it under ny circumstances.

Chicken and gravy with rice, broccoli, and other scrumptions. I forgot to take a picture of the end result, but it was great as leftovers. Bonus was that my kids decided to make chocolate chip cookies on a whim last night.
