Seeing as this has received some attention, there is one mnemonic I’ve found that can help sometimes to manufacture motivation for ADHD.

Try to create associate something in “INCUP”:

Interest
Novelty
Challenge
Urgency
Passion

You do NOT want to burn your mouth on them, definitely cut in half before consuming

They’re even better with marinara dipping sauce ( or blue cheese )

The best way to describe the experience is like eating an airy, crispy, pizza spring roll.

As a kid, I was disappointed that my birth month flower was a chrysanthemum, but now, I consider myself lucky!
