Losing a good job you liked and having life disrupted without warning is a trauma of sorts. Many sadly know this. After a couple of whirlwind days of positivity, that's catching up with me.

It'll be a rough little bit I think, but I feel more confident than ever that I'll come out stronger. 💪

I'm not used to this. I've worked hard to get where I am today and am used to having to pull myself up and push through hardships. This time was different and a shock.

Not posting to flex, I'm just reflecting and so grateful to have all this in my orbit. 💖 I hope I can pay this forward.

The manager who thought he was screwing me might have thrown me out the door into something better than I could have ever hoped for.

This weekend I spent surrounded by friends and my girlfriend, all of whom did nice things for me and wanted nothing back, just to be supportive and comforting.

Within 12 hours, I had no less than 3 potential opportunities in front of me, one of which came from the former owner of my now ex-employer and another from a former boss at the same company. One's a contract and one's permanent, but they both want me enough that they might allow me to do both.

What if Vampire Survivors, but also Breakout, with a bit of town building? Sounds like it shouldn't work, but it does and it's sooooo satisfying. Nearly 33 hours and it flew by. @kennysun.com is such a good designer. Highly recommend at least trying this.
