Marx diagnosed dehumanization at scale
by adopting the very abstraction
that makes scale dehumanizing.

Politics is not a sport. It's what wields the monopoly on violence over billions and billions of Humans. And it is time we treated it that way.

It's time to recognize the Left/Right labeling it for what it really is, an ancient labeling system that stopped being used for anything other than political villainization nearly a century ago. These are now just political team names, even with proper team colors and home towns.

Since the French Revolutions of the 1700's we've defaulted to a Left-Right categorization of political thought. What was a just convenience for a specific debate (should the powers of the French King be limited) is now seen as a global framework for what is "good' and what is "evil" for billions.

Human language is lossy compression. We flatten rich inner experience into crude words. Listeners then decode those words using their own context, reconstructing something new. That gap-filling act—not precision—is the engine of human understanding.

Meaning is an exquisite corpse, a collaborative project where all of Humanity participates, adding their bit to our overall picture of reality.

There can be no moral standing on extraction when extraction is the only goal and the use of the resources extracted are not bound by the reasoning for the extraction.

Capitalism and Socialism claim to be total systems, answers to Humanity's ills. In reality, they’re both forced to negotiate the same Human limits—and they fail in similar ways when they forget that.

The farther the coordination scale of a Human system grows beyond the identity horizon of its members, the more decisions made by the system tend to increasingly dehumanize its own members.
