Formerly @astreyaband on twitter, but that was a different time. New beginnings!
I feel so bad for him, I’m rooting for the guy all the time and he’s just got some injury demon haunting his every move

I was afraid this was the case, he disappeared after the last spot he participated in and never saw him again. And here I was worried that Davis was the one who could get injured again at the very moment they’re getting pushed

If it does happen, WWE fans deserve him at this point.

I think the thing I see the most is the people that think like Bryan Alvarez, that it’s the same people at the top, even though there’s clear evidence that at least 2 new World Champions, maybe even 3, are penciled in for the very near future:

Ospreay
Takeshita
Fletcher

Yup! And then he’s trying to defend himself on the sidelines from the justified ass chewing his teammates want to give him.

Shoutout to the moron

That makes me feel so much better for him. Still gonna miss him but I’m glad he didn’t take a pay cut for the switch

Love this movie, watched it all the time on HBO back in the day

Don’t know if there’s other venue options in Albuquerque. Been a while since I’ve been there, but the only other venue is an amphitheater that I can think of.

Are you kidding me? He SCREAMS “Beacon” of health 🤢

The 20’s will go down in history as the most well documented era of grifting and shame. How can Mike possibly think this roster is better than one that had AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Christopher Daniels?

Not one person (including him) is more over than any of them at any time in their careers.

It’s the easiest way to separate yourself from them instantly. WWE fans walk into an AEW show expecting promos and vignettes and instead they get matches, all with decent to great time to work in the ring. They are not used to seeing the talent actually do their primary job lol

I would too, the match intrigues me. If AJ wants to put over guys left and right, especially the younger studs, then I’m all for it.
January 22, 2026 at 6:34 PM
Not particularly. He’s too big of a star to put in the mid card, and he’s too old to be put in the main event picture instead of a younger talent on their way to that spot (Fletcher for example).

As long as AJ sees value in doing it, we know the in-ring work is good to go
