I understand why some people are upset, and I also understand why some people aren't. I think the main issue with the topic in general is that one's own opinion on GenAI is colored by how it's been pushed/presented to them, creating a disconnect between cultures. (1/?)

EN touhou fandom’s disappointment is justified with the recent genAi uses (hopefully he listens)…but other than that, ya all blowing out of proportion, if this is about yt reuploads like Kafuu Hearn’s, yeah no fucking shit they directly used the game’s data (title screen background) …like come on
