When that gets argued I’m told you can file it as a free speech ruling and abolish the designation but that takes years and costs a lot in legal fees. That decrepit old pos thing in Belltown falling down finally got that ruling against a batch of NIMBYs

I’ve often wondered what would happen if over night someone did just bulldoze this and obviously not anger the new owner. No proof who did it so you couldn’t punish them. So what happens?
