You really should go to Nakano Broadway. The second and third floors have lots of old retro stuff and toys.

There was Achilles Rizzoli who drew architectural drawings to represent people he knew. He drew a lot of buildings based on his mother. There is also Citynauts” (Miastonauci) by artist Tytus Brzozowsk but that is fairly more recent.
