Secretly (loudly) hoping they change the wording on the trigger of Shield of Reckoning to delete the words "against an ally" so that the "selfish" Champion causes can still do this. It already has a chain of prerequisites and it needlessly adds another limitation and I demand justice

Like if this was a martial class feat, it would expend the 2-action version of the spell. Martials get all the action compression despite spellcasters (even melee ones like this feat is for!) actually using up a goddamn resource to do stuff

And then as if it's so powerful it needs the restriction, that target is then immune to it.
Here's the aforementioned Shield of Reckoning. It's so cool but as-written only works with holy champions (only holy champions trigger their reaction when allies get hit). Block for them AND retaliate? COOL!

Even the ones they did update were very half-assed imo. Compare these two feats that are counterparts to each other. The holy one does an entire weapon dice more damage and makes the enemy take 6+ more damage from all attacks from allies. Unholy does 4 more damage and MIGHT reduce their con by 1.
