This is Zuzu (front) and Merlin (back). I think it's possible that Merlin is one of Zuzu's offspring. Their personalities are very similar, even down to their vocalizations. Even if they're not related, they're both incredibly sweet and adorable cats.

Damn you....my cats saw this and demanded one. 😸 I got the last one at the store closest to me, can't beat the price. Though I should do a contest to see how quickly my cats destroy it.

I adopted Phoenix, who was very fearful, about a month before I took in Silver and her four babies. As Phoenix began to relax/socialize, I worried about how he react to kittens. Turns out I didnt have to worry...he loved them and they all have a strong bond with him. 🧡

Silver lost a tooth, so now she has a permanent lip curl. Vet says her gum healed and she doesn't have any dental disease, so not sure what happened. She's still so pretty.

Happy and Bashful went to the vet yesterday for annual checkup. Happy was trying to disappear into the plastic bowl on the cat tree 😸

How many of you carry pet insurance for your furry companions? I currently have PetsBest, it's reasonable in price and helped a bit when Phoenix had his block last year (I pay up front, they reimburse 80% after the $1000 deductible).

Merlin 🖤 little dude has a potential adopter (friends moving back to this area soon). Will be really hard to let him go, as he is the cuddliest, chattiest, most loving cat. He's in my lap constantly.
