One month ago I couldn’t decide which of these two iconic franchises to get into first so I started both at the same time. Finally finished last night and absolutely blown away omg. Masterpieces both of them (sorry for the mediocre scores, years of turn-based JRPGs + old age = shit reflexes)

Happy 30th birthday to my GOAT, the PS1. Dragged it out for a lil Wipeout XL with a fun quirky analog peripheral, the Namco NegCon from 1995. Shame the twisty mechanic never caught on for controller design. Ridge Racer 4 and Grand Turismo feel great on this thing as well
