Yeah, that's basically where I am at now. Been taking 600mg every 8hrs since Saturday and omgggggg... not being haunted by my shoulder feels so good hahaha

the reason I didn't take ibuprofen before is because I just am not in the habit of taking it. I've been fortunate that I've spent most of my life free of pain (except periods), & then Jason kind of instilled a hesitancy in me about just taking it for any pain. Simon has been encouraging it though!!

I need to buckle in and actually try and get into hot yoga again and actually do it consistently again and maybe I'll be in a better position by the time I get to see PT. maybe I won't even need it anymore (but I may still go so I can stay on top of it & hopefully not let it get as bad again)

I am not used to baths and I do not shower before the soaks, i stay in the tub for like an hour, and I haven't cleaned my tub at all until the other day (my bf did once apparently) so... yeah. It's obvious in retrospect, but man, I didn't think about any of it beyond needing relief from the pain :(

I am not used to baths and I do not shower before the soaks, i stay in the tub for like an hour, and I haven't cleaned my tub at all until the other day (my bf did once apparently) so... yeah. It's obvious in retrospect, but man, I didn't think about any of it beyond needing relief from the pain :(
