I engage with the wider queer & fetish communities in Ireland and across Europe in a variety of roles including as an organiser, volunteer, and supporter.

I am Astra (He/Him) a Service Dog and Irish Red Setter Pup from Dublin Ireland. I have been involved in the pet play scene since 2017, I am a previous Puppy Ireland and currently represent as European Puppy 2024.

More recently Tom has started to explore more fetishes that he can embrace, and is honoured to help find our new European Puppy and Handler. Outside of Leather you can find Tom on the Football pitch, playing for his local LGBTQ+ team.

When he is not travelling, he spearheads the monthly non-for-profit bar night Leather Cruise at Underground that he co-created during his time as the first Mr. Leather London 2022/23.

During his time as Mr. Leather Europe 2024, Tom advocated the importance of giving back to the community, and fostering collaboration & bonds between large/small European fetish associations as a means to remain ‘Stronger Together’.

These traits have seeped into Tom’s community service, blending a passion for safeguarding a brotherhood that respects its heritage whilst being inclusive-minded for our future generations.

Tom’s Leather journey started in London just after the COVID19 lockdown lifted - a city well known for being a melting pot of historical culture and diverse minds.

With the unwavering support of his husband, Vision Onyx, and Boy Wiggles, Pusckatt continues to inspire others through his authentic expression.
