Yep. But the punishments have to be genuinely not fun. If you're getting masochist pleasure out of them then they're not the right ones.

Wristband with a sensor in. Other sensor down there. Get too close for too long and it beeps.

It won't physically stop you but it will remind you you're not supposed to.

Either that or comically over the top horrible punishments every time you do it.

Get a friend to do it. Then nobody will be expecting it. I haven't lost (yet) but it's only a matter of time... I have never made it all the way to Christmas.
