I actually think Todd Monken, Joe Brady, and Klint Kubiak are the guys the Bucs want. Monken has both experience as Baker’s previous OC in Cleveland and good relationship with the Bucs. Brady and Kubiak are the young OC’s to change from a veteran DC.

The Bears and Jaguars are mirrors of each other. The QB is inconsistent and the rushing attack is ferocious. I like the Jags defense a tad more just because of the pass rush. But similar results.

For some godforsaken reason that I can’t explain I trust the Broncos the most of any team in the AFC by far. That defense will slow any team to survive bad quarter 1-3 Bo nix play and allow 4th Quarter Bo Nix to pull a rabbit out of his ass and win the game.

Only person if the Buccaneers have a disappointing finish to the season I can see them hiring is Todd Monken. Front office loves him. But in truth I see them staying put this year. Of all teams to trade for a coach Bucs might be one of a handful to do it.
