If I remember correctly, the standard muzzle is a lil bit longer than the frisky muzzle. I found it slightly jarring whenever I changed muzzles on my frisky hood although that could just be a me thing. But man, it's worth it to not have to suffer an itchy beard

I'd say the fit is similar enough to the standard K9 hood, I prefer it. Main difference is that it frees up the chin, it's easier to talk/drink/etc. It stopped itchy beard and feels better, the chin strap is a lil flimsy but passable
The muzzle designs are different but they're interchangeable.
