Very cool. Fermented soy like miso soup, fish or vegetables marinated with miso paste before roasting or barbecuing it. I like edamame in the shell with garlic, salt, and pepper.

It’s all HRT, not just the cream. There’s been studies for 20+ years that show that HRT (patch, progesterone pills, cream, vaginal inserts, and more) are safe and do not cause cancer, heart disease, etc.

I wish that things just made sense. He says one thing, but then does something that is the opposite. He says that he wants America to be healthy again, but then says that he’s going to gut the environmental protection agency and loosen air quality regulations. Or bring back asbestos. What’s next?

Could be a few different ingredients. Fake sugar, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial colors/ flavors. The first two I avoid as much as possible. Fake sugar is a known trigger for IBS.

Most IBS foods weirdly don’t cause me problems. But fake sugar is guaranteed to cause an major tummy problems

Or two sets of captions in different fonts one on top of the other, so you can’t read either of them.

I also recommend going to sleep early if possible. Of course, eat some citrus for the vitamin C. Some veggies wouldn’t hurt either.

I recommend getting plenty of sleep and eating something like chicken soup. I like something with lots of veggies too.

Gargling salt water helps me if I have a sore throat or any kind of sores. Like I have an abscess near where I had a root canal. A week or so of gargling salt water and I’m feeling much better. Salt water will also nip any cold sores (or whatever) in the bud. You still might get sick though. 😞
