Got a funny win here. Opponent played a Coveted Jewel and copied it with Phyrexian Metamorph. I stole them by attacking. Few turns later I'm dead on board to damage but they have 1 card left and forgot I had them

Over the weekend the Turbulence OST hit 1 million views. It wasn't very quick (it took basically 10 years) but I'm super proud of that.

PUMODI FUN FACT! Did you know I used to play Competitive TF2? One year I got to represent the Reddit TF2 community in the Tumblr vs Reddit showmatch. I played for the west coast team as a Heavy. Was a great time and we dominated (our team was stacked)

This is a reason why you should always bring a handy recorder with you ready to go. Got woken up at 6am by a Crop Duster flying by the house I was staying at this past weekend. Was quick enough on the draw to get my D100 set up and recorded about 7 minutes of pass bys.

I also got to have my one and only experience ordering and installing a large format console. We got a Neve Genesys Black around 2018 to replace an old D-Command. It was a pain in the ass and a half to install but myself alongside a handful of students got to experience the process together.

It cannot be understated how insane the value to students was here. The classes were so incredibly cheap and we enabled students to work with equipment like RCA 77-DX's. A microphone that runs close to $4k nowadays. Here's some photos from a piano sampling session we ran.

And here are a few photos of the control rooms that I called home for many years. If you don't recognize it, that console is a Sound Workshop Series 30. Lesser known company that was made entirely of API engineers. Some of the punchiest mic pre's you'll hear.

It's a damn shame that this is even a discussion. I was incredibly encouraged to see how many people showed up to support and provide their thoughts. Here's a photo of the room, they had to kick people out as there were so many speakers the room was at capacity.

Trying a new setup at the desk with my Fostex mixer. The mixer needs some work, probably some recapping, so we'll see if this is permanent

I made some Wind Chimes in Phase Plant using additive synthesis! It is a super CPU hog so I have to record the midi and disable record arm in order for it to not drop voices like crazy. I think it sounds pretty neat.
