Important for all publishers to know! "DRM" stands for Digital Rights Management, commonly used for ebooks to control copying, printing, sharing, and device usage to protect copyrighted material, essentially locking content to specific apps or hardware, like Amazon Kindle or Adobe Digital Editions.

My friend and author, Michael Sabbeth, recently passed away. His book, The Good, The Bad and The Difference: How to Talk with Children About Values is a very well-written work to teach ethics and morality to our youth. He hoped to make a difference in this world while here and I believe he did.
My friend and author, Michael Sabbeth, recently passed away and as with so many talented authors I've known and worked with over the years, he hoped to make a difference in this world. He was an intelligent, learned, wise sage with an excellent sense of humor. I don't recall having a conversation with him that didn't bring a smile to my face. Though he was a true epicurean who enjoyed fine food and drink, he knew to offer me a glass of chocolate milk at his home or when dining together. His book is a very well-written work to teach ethics and morality to our youth. Former NPR commentator Juan Williams said this about Michael's book: "With movies, music, the internet and TV constantly blasting at our children - here comes the good news. Michael Sabbeth's book, The Good, The Bad and The Difference: How to Talk with Children About Values is a great guide to essential conversations parents need to have with their children about being critical, independent thinkers and good people." Michael has indeed made a difference in this world and was a true success as defined by Ralph Waldo Emerson's poem "Success". "To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!”

Little Lending Libraries are in many neighborhoods. If you have some slightly damaged copies of your book, donating them to Little Free Libraries is a great way to put them to work to market and promote your book.

6. Loving Those Little Lending Libraries by Mark Leslie Lefebvre Almost every city or town now has one of those little lending libraries. These are usually small weather-proof boxes with a glass-faced door where people can leave a book and take a book. Completely free and community minded. Why not purchase a few copies of your books and keep them handy for when you’re walking or driving through a neighborhood that has one. It’s even something to check out and do when traveling on vacation, visiting family, or traveling for work. In some communities there are even digital maps of WHERE little lending libraries are located.

You should use a caveat on your copyright page stating your work is not to be used for training AI like "NO AI TRAINING PERMITTED" or "No portion of this work may be used for training artificial intelligence without written permission from the author."
