Unfortunately...they were hit pretty hard by this weeks Storm, but power back on and downtown cleaned up! The main highway in from the West, Hwy 2, is closed... will have to drive in from I-90, then north over Blewett Pass...but Do-able!!

🤬 we have yet another example of the insane out of bounds self adulation he has. It remains to be seen if declaring Holidays is within his scope of power control. I always presumed Congress did that...but could be wrong... (there's a " one time temporary designation it appears...)

A beautiful "Four Volcano View" bicycle ride today in the PNW. There's one spot we can see from Mt Hood all the way North to Mt Rainier. Hood is ~65mi SE; Rainier ~120mi NNE. In between are Mt Adams ~85mi ENE and Mt St Helens ~55mi NE. All have a fair amount of snow right now. Telephoto Mt Hood
