Samantha Lee, who was found fatally injured in a house in Aberdeen on 4th January, was "loving, patient and endlessly caring", according to her family.

The poorest 20% Britons pay higher proportion of income in taxes than the richest 20%.

The bottom 50% of the population owns less than 5% of wealth, bottom 20% has 0.5%.

Can't reduce child/household poverty and relieve suffering without equitable distribution of income/wealth.
To tackle child poverty the government must deal with parental poverty

The man who killed Ellen Cook in Leicestershire in May this year has been given a life sentence, subject to a hospital order. Her son Daniel Cook, who has schizophrenia, pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Ellen on the basis of diminished responsibility.
