That was my original point. My own experience of the noise around previous dance experience is that it has got louder in the last few years. Jill Halfpenny, Alesha Dixon, Tom Chambers and Kara Tointon were all winners with previous dance experience of some sort.

That's the footballer that did various forms of dance until she was 15 and the guy who was IN Billy Elliot as another role. I enjoy Strictly for the show it is, not the one everyone seems to pretend it used to be.
