I feel like this whole year has been on autopilot for me because of trauma & loss, which made me feel a little sad as I didn't get hyped for Halloween like I usually do. But then I realised that despite it all, I'm still here, and that's worth celebrating. I am grateful to still be doing my thing.

I just wanted to update you all that he was removed from his squadron OPIX when they found out what he did. They apologised for his actions & do not agree with him.

Just a random thought but the way my family made fun of me growing up and still do as an adult for the way I dress or style my hair or do my makeup or the things I like and choose to share with them is probably a really big part of why I am the way I am. 🙃

My ADHD meds are sent to me directly and I always get them delivered to my local collection point so I don't miss the delivery (sometimes they get sent to a non-local one if I don't specify).
