We're seeking records from Treasury, IRS, FinCEN, DOJ, FBI, DHS, State, and OMB — including:
🔴 Lists that identify nonprofits as targets
🔴 Directives to investigate specific nonprofits
🔴 Requests to banks to report "suspected domestic terrorist activity" by nonprofits

We're asking the Trump admin to comply with our FOIA requests and release its enemies lists. Of the eight agencies we sent FOIA requests to last month, five still have not responded. We're demanding transparency. You can read more about our suit here ⬇️
