"the pharmacy won't give me my meds!" is it too soon (either through your ins or for a controlled substance)? did the doctor fuck up the rx and we can't dispense it until we talk to them? does it require a prior authorization? none of those are my fault lmao

also i'd say at least 50% of the time it's something that's almost absolutely the doctor's fault LOL (didn't write the rx right, needs a PA, etc)
