In a new paper w/ @clarawilkins.bsky.social & @calvinklai.bsky.social, I studied who POC & women expect will have their back after facing racism & sexism. We found 2 patterns for who’s expected to show solidarity: Black > Hispanic > Asian ≥ White & women > men.

This marks the debut of four new IATs: Hispanic IAT, Jewish IAT, Asian Attitude IAT (separate from the Asian-Foreign IAT), and Skin Tone IAT.

New research using Project Implicit data reveals gender disparities in civil trial teams. While representation has improved slightly over time, leadership roles show little progress. Gender bias "in the air" still shapes the legal field.
