So, at work, I use the "Shader Editor" android app, and of course, Gemini, and I made a cool shader at work, and transferred it to OpenGL when I got home, and here's the clip: www.youtube.com/shorts/d8psv...

Decided not to go with craters... for now... and instead added layers of color instead of just one here, as the perlin noise shaped the color regions.

adding craters was also fairly easy, and looks great

Spent a few days polishing the in-game achievements (🎖️Medals) and the skin unlock menu! Very satisfying to unlock new colors and ships when you've earned them!

Which one is your favorite? 🎨👨‍🎨

I'm going through old demos with google's notebookLM, and vibe coding with github copilot (which I am considering purchasing as a great learning tool), anyways, here's some shader art converted to pixel art procedurally.

Super Chill stream right now, come say hi, i'm playing hardcore minecraft, my world has 4 villages all nearby, and I'm super crazy about the village mechanics. There may be another video game or two played, including Smite, No Man's Sky, World of Warcraft (I love the flying mechanic), and SC2.

Week 5 of cozy building prototype -- only invisible progress and lots of new bugs (see video). 😅 For the upcoming week I am hoping to add walls and floors to what gets saved and loaded, plus bug fixing. I might also have some furniture art styles to pitch in the upcoming weeks.

Feels a bit silly to be so excited over things that will be "expected" in any game like this, but I am so elated every time I find a potential QoL improvement, implement it, and am happy with the result.

I guess because it feels undeniably like progress. 🤩
