It is unlikely. But it’s a shame that the “national security party” can’t see the importance of this issue. And pretty sure that France and the UK have ratified it.

I once heard that the Army had more boats than the Navy. Army used to have a hell of a lot of fixed wing assets also. Screw it, just recombine the AF into the Army and be done with it.

Yes I agree but. Just because some Air Staff and GSC staffers whip up a frenzy about the importance of surety, it’s the people in the field who have to do it. And they screw up occasionally. Army used to do this mission and I bet USANCA would be chomping at the bit to lead it.

It has a snowball’s chance in hell of happening, but in a coldly logical argument, he does have some points. It’s hard to see most of the AF give much thought to this mission.

Tear gas is not a chemical weapon unless it is used by military forces during wartime. This is defined in the Chemical Weapons Convention treaty. And even then, there are exceptions. That said, DHS troops using tear gas during civil protests is abhorrent. #AbolishICE
