Careful with your English Maks. What happened here is no one "posed" as anything. Two enemies approached what they mistook for a friendly position and got shot. The second Russian lacks all training. There was some cover in front of him, left or right. He ran for continued exposure.

My guess? Is it tying up massive amounts of Russian air defence. The rail bridge is already out of action - the support columns were too damaged in the train fire to carry significant weight. Russia built a whole new rail line across the occupied territory. Bridge is no longer strategic enough.
