Happy St Patrick’s Day from the shores of Strangford Lough

Excellent lecture this evening by Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen this evening at Queen's University Belfast. Finland is playing an essential role in European security.

Delighted that Stephen Murray passed his viva this morning with very minor corrections. The thesis is a fascinating study of multilateral crisis management and Conflict transformation in the Sahel. Thanks to Edward Newman and Heather Johnson for examining.
