It's official, Jalapeno Lime Pistachios do taste okay on a cheesecake. Not that the flavor is that strong to begin with.
I should know better than to ever make Thanksgiving anything without a glass of sherry or at least a couple of bong rips.
But at least I can say it is good even not stoned.

It's official, Jalapeno Lime Pistachios do taste okay on a cheesecake. Not that the flavor is that strong to begin with.
I should know better than to ever make Thanksgiving anything without a glass of sherry or at least a couple of bong rips.

Update:
Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake with crushed Lime/Jalapeno Pistachios on top is definitely, not too bad at all. Ended up being greener and brown. At least one of the two did. Looks like oxidized avocado.

Very frustrating. My wife is an artist, and has very good color perception. I photograph flowers for future reference, (feel free to use them if you ever want to draw or paint a flower).
I really hope i can figure out how to adjust it to get closer to the actual colors.
