Lab floats? If they have everything in rotation, sure, they can furniture+cooclock for a not-inherently-disruptive trap after a duster, or just have the GY effect of big welcome, but that's not much.

I don't have as strong opinions about 0 vs 3, I just know that 1 is wrong.

Duster should be at 0, ngl.

Monsters float or have protection. Backrow just dies.

But besides that, success with paleo really is still just knowing your win conditions and playing towards them. Most dracotail pilots I faced just overextend and die to rollback burst with no cards in hand, so that helped.

Very likely the list could be improved, but idc.

The secret is to just be zen about it: accept that you are going to sometimes lose the flip, get combo'd on, and lose. Accept that your deck is ass and every win is going to feel amazing.

The other trick is to simply have the mandate of heaven and reasoning into double rollback burst.

last thing on this, but I didn't end up using the billy brake wojak because of the a/b test results. I wanted to post the final version in case people wanted it tho, so here it is.

I mean this is literally just "dmg is a 1.5 card dragoon on summon 3, might as well use the discard on smiger" into full crystron combo.

We're missing the requisite new DM support until february.

Honestly not awful?

It made top 4 at a locals in an environment with roach. I'd not read into it too much.

This post brought to you by a highly upvoted reddit post that's basically "if we put a 70 sailing requirement on it, runespan's fine, right?"

There's probably some 33 point card they're worried about, I guess?

Thanks! It was a blast.

Since the list doesn't take effect immediately, this might not be the best place to check.

Mechanical implications: Not many, though this does make Fork and friends better into Counterspell. There are niche split second interactions too, but they're contrived.

Actual implication: Your opponent does something stupid? You saying "Okay" is them gaining information.

Yes this is missing cilantro; I only realized when I started making it and fuck no I'm not spending 30 minutes in 10F weather to get just that.
