Ur gonna follow the same usual steps, less salt in the pasta water tho.

Make a roux with some flour & dairy free milk. I use cashew milk and oat because they thicken nicely & are creamy.Lots of nutritional yeast to mimic cheesy flavor & cheddar & Gouda vegan cheese
