I think this was the hand that gave me it for the first time in the run. (It happened several times. Sadly Ante 32 doesn't let you roll the Serpent, and no solution presented itself in the shop.)

And it's hard not to mention the Zelda 1 maps. Because holy shit, it's impossible for me to navigate that game, so it's nice to have a map spelling it out for me lol

I also have to give a shoutout to Peardian for their Yoshi's Island maps. I love love love how beautiful the game is, and it's hard to maintain that sort of charm when adding in annotations, collectibles, decorations, etc.

I'm too indecisive to pick just one.
I love VGCartography's Mega Man Legends maps, in part just because I love the game as a speedrunner, but also because they're thorough and it's a massive effort for a 3D game.

So, something I'm trying to do is a Low% run of the game. I've done this before, but I determined a route that lets you pick up one fewer item. This makes the game EXPONENTIALLY more difficult though.
