Usually in villainess stories it's all about the protag adapting to her new life. Because she's a proper "replacement" it's easy to forget about the og. But our protag has no intent to become Eris, so we have to actually sit with her disappearance from this world

one thing I love about ktv is that it treats its isekai situation for what it is: the original Eris' death
