Wir müssen bei der Budgetsanierung neue Wege denken: z.B. würde ein Tempolimit auf Autobahnen so viel CO2 Emissionen reduzieren, dass man auf einen großen Teil der Umweltförderungen verzichten könnte. Die CO2 Bilanz bliebe gleich, die Kosten wären wesentlich geringer. Nur trauen muss man sich.
