A rewarding and magical day in the mountains with my boy. 8 miles, 10hrs all boned out we got everything out in one brutal pack out. Spiritually lifted and physically depleted.

Those all look great! I'm most likely going to cut tomorrow morning as the forecast gets shitty tomorrow afternoon and all of next week. Covered and babied them through this week of frosty nights.

Dude, Nordic is roots. Although I'm not a skate skier I've got a beautiful pair of Trucker X-country skis with steel edges and have generally started the season on the pass trails to heat up the legs and prep for BC days. But no, it's not very glamorous. It has its benefits.
