Tequila is my roommates/best friends cat. We took her to the ER vet due to labored breathing. We're told she has fluid in her lungs either due to a heart condition or cancer. We are only able to afford the draining and not to find the underlying cause. Please we need help. PP/CA/VM all @riverxkeeper
